It now appears that this theory has trickled down to the Boy Scouts as demonstrated in the following story of a new patch sponsored by the Motion Picture Association of America entitled "Respect Copyrights":

	Apparently Microsoft has gotten 3 convictions against people buying the academic versions of software and reselling them at full price. Microsoft is really getting serious and cracking down on scams like this. http://mcpmag.com/news/article.asp?EditorialsID=1139
