HP U.S. Technology Services Channel Leadership Organizational Announcement

 

 

Dear HP Channel Partners:

 

In the midst of the changes HP has experienced in the last year, one thing remains certain:  HP is committed to, and focused on our channel.  Your business is important to our business. 

 

The recently announced Enterprise Group (EG) Region sales alignment enhances the strength of our organization, our deep channel market expertise and the force of our channel partner community.  Our Technology Services (TS) Sales organization takes our integration to the next level which will greatly enhance your ability to sell the TS portfolio.  Today, we are pleased to share with you the new HP Channel Technology Services organizational structure. 

 

TS will continue to have two distinct lines of businesses, Support and Consulting.  For the Support business, we will continue in our journey around the Always on Support experience, and for Consulting we will concentrate our focus specifically around the core mission and products of the Enterprise Group.    


Neal Clapper
 will lead Technology Services sales in the US under Randy Seidl.  In Neal’s organization Tracy Galloway will be leading the HP Support Business Unit, Sales Support teams as well as the Indirect Sales organization, which is comprised of Channel, Alliances, OEM and EGA clients.  Her team has expanded to engage and execute on our customers increasing expectations and continue to drive profitable sales and margin growth for Technology Services.   Her new organization will improve our partner coverage model with deeper and more streamlined coverage.  

Tracy’s leadership team driving Channels Services sales consists of the following:

·         Greg Stafford, Director of Channel Field & Inside Sales

·         Andy Keller, Manager of Channel Distribution Sales

·         David Whalen, Manager of Channel DRC sales  

·         Brain Bach, Manager of OEM Sales  

·         Max Ramos, Leading Channel Programs & Call Center Sales  

 

The following sales leader will also be aligned to Tracy’s organization

·         Paul Cohen, Manager of Alliance Sales  

 

To lead the US Support Business Unit and Support Sales teams

·         Wayne Stein, Director of TS / ES Field Sales  

·         Jim Cook, Director of Installed Base Sales  

·         John Stimac, Manager of Sales Support Office  

·         Trish Breslin, Leading US Support Programs  

 

Ken Archer is responsible for Technology Services within Stephen Di Franco’s Americas organization, which encompasses Distributors, VARs, SIs, ISVs, OEMs, TS and Cloud Agile teams to create one synchronized channel community.  This model also aligns to global programs like HP PartnerONE, HP ServiceONE, and HP ExpertONE.

 

HP Technology Services will continue to make significant investments to make it easier for you to do business with us.  With this new leadership team now in place, we are ready to work with you to continue accelerating long-term, mutual, profitable growth in the marketplace.
