When posting things on your Facebook page, it is important to use discretion and keep certain things private. I think that most people know this. However, how would you feel if your employer were to have complete access to everything on your page?

That is insane!  I get that employers do not want their employees making their company's look back (I have seen more then a few articles relating to this) but wow.  Even as a person who doesn't use Facebook much it still houses private information/conversations.
