Just used this program the other day to clear off some spyware that was preventing me from loading Superantispyware.  It worked pretty good I must admit.  It is free download from Microsoft and it run in real time.

I downloaded it myself this weekend.

Not sure it's fair to mention my PC would not restart after it downloaded... but it once I power cycled it, no problems.
