GrandCentral Communications is an online phone service that has recently been acquired by Google. It allows all users to integrate their current phone services with theirs. They have many unique features such as WebCall buttons, listen to voice-mail online, switch phones in the middle of a call, personalized voice-mail greetings for people or groups and much more. Did i mention this is free?

Google is taking over the world. They are just tearing up the competition. There are so many things that Google is doing, so many companies, so many applications. And Grand Central is just one of many things that Google Inc. controls. Here is a short list of what Google has accomplished: They are the Kings of Search! They offer the largest Advertising Platform in the world! They own DoubleClick which is the Largest Banner Advertising Network in the World, who happens to own a SEO company that works on getting clients high placement in (you guessed it) Google Natural Results! They own FeedBurner, the Largest RSS Distribution Service! Grand Central Communications, a service that lets users integrate all of their phone numbers and voice mail's into one account! JotSpot, is a wiki with a number of collaborative tools for business users, and includes applications such as spreadsheets, calendars, and forms, unlike most wiki software. YouTube, one of the busiest online destinations on the web for Video Content. Neven Vision, a facial and object recognition technologies company. Writely, a Web-based word processing that allows online collaboration on documents. dMarc Broadcasting, a Radio Advertising Company. Android, a software company for mobil phones. Reqwireless, Maker of popular mobile applications for email and the web on wireless devices. Urchin Software, Web Analytics Software Company. Edited by Kyle Thompson - Aug/22/2007 at 3:20pm |
