Vista SP1 in Mid July ?

   Rumor is that Microsoft will release the first Vista Service Pack (SP1) a full 4 months ahead of schedule. 

The rumor also goes that the service pave will be more about bug fixes then new features. Fixes on the list are: Performance tweaks, Support for ExFat, Improved connectivity to fire walled remote sessions, desktop search modifications, improved/lowered CPU utilization, and other performance improvements such as decreased shut down time.

But of course the official word from Microsoft remains that SP1 will be out some time this year.

So only time will tell if this rumor was worth... this post.
