![]() From today, Europeans people running Microsoft's Windows operating system will be presented with a screen asking them to choose which web browser they would like to use. Computer users will be able to choose between 12 different browsers, ranging from well-known browsers such as Internet Explorer, Firefox and Opera, to some more obscure software, such as K-meleon and Sleipnir. What a joke, you choose what browser you want from Microsoft's IE. This will only serve to confuse most people who aren't sure what a browser is in the first place. |

Let me tell you a bit about the EU....
The EU is protectionist. The EU is biased against all things not-EU. To support my arguement, here is a sampling from today's EU headlines: EU Orders Google To Delete Street View Images After Six Months EU Opens Antitrust Investigation Into Google. Microsoft's Fingerprints Are ... EU Opens Google Antitrust Probe, Intel Says It Was Target of Attack EU Cautions Google Over Privacy Violations Is it just US technology thtat the EU hates? Nope, here is another recent headline: EU Sends Antitrust Charges To Polish Telecoms Firm But it's not just technology, the EU is even looking into Anti-competitive Practices by USA Olympic Teams. I'd have to say the EU is anti-World. |

"Anti-World" LOL
I think of them as what it would be like if the ACLU ran the US. |
