I had a nasty reboot in the middle of processing a movie.

Nice list of likes.

I'll just go with one: It has not "bogged down" once in 6 weeks of use.

I am really impressed with Windows 7 also.  It is definitely built on the Vista OS platform, but they have made many improvements.

Well, its been about a month since my Techs upgraded me to a new box and the new Microsoft OS called 7.

Here are my observations:
1. One lockup - probably caused by open remote session, but restart into normal windows was good.
2. Reboots now extended to weekly, still considering longer time frames.
3. Browser load - firefox and chrome are fastest yet, averaging 2 seconds.
4. Have not been able to open too many of the same applications that caused lockups in Vista. In fact
5. Cleaner interface that is sharp!
6. I really like the upgrade on my notebook. It is much nicer at starting and stopping the notebook than previous. Also I like the way it handles the external monitor better because I can resume without monitor setup changing.

9 out of 10 stars in my part of the world.
