Ever since our last software update, the Dell Fonality Phone sytem utilizing the HUD, does not display the caller parked. It just disapears from the Hud.
The bug patch has been in the works for months with NO resolution date set. I find the lack of a timely fix to a problem the programmers at Fonality created a major red flag. Sure I like the phone system, but this problem is very frustrating and makes the phone system not nearly as good a product as I once thought. |

Not only a lack of being timely, the Dell people act like its no big deal. Well its a big deal when we want to sell a phone system. You can't demo the system and say that this feature no longer works but will work soon, I hope....
Yea, that's a good way to start a sales presentation. |

Yes, the fonality call parking via the HuD was broke in an update and has yet to be fixed. At first Fonality was quoting 2 weeks then 2 weeks later it was still 2 weeks. Now they are saying it is fixed but they are not releasing the patch yet, no ETA on patch release.

Fonality simply does not seem to have their act together when it comes to the HUD, it is a great concept for a product, but has too many bugs.
The call parking problem is still not fixed, even though they said it would be fixed in the current release and now we are having private callers identified as some other random number that has called our system, Fonality's answer? Known Issue, we are aware and are working on the problem...

My favorite part of the new system is when my HUD turns into a big black box. You think you are going to use the HUD to transfer or park a call and then you maximize it and all you have is black. LOL
