Renting Wireless Laptops with training software pre-Installed is a good idea for all software trainers. It avoids trouble and frustration.

Even though I am in the computer industry, I prefer to get the software pre-installed and tested by computer techs (like the Tech Army). I'm no computer tech, and I get very frustrated installing software. 

Having a computer tech install the software allows me to focus on my plans for training on the software, rather than installing and troubleshooting the software.

	Good points. From the class instructors I have talked with over the years I have learned they are so busy that having the training software pre-loaded is just about a necessity. And on the bright side having the software pre-loaded can guarantee (as it's done with an image) that every system has the same initial configuration.

	From a learning perspective it is great too because when you are looking around trying to get a feel of what everyone else is doing the ap set ups are the same.

	Having been in the computer rental business, I can tell you as a tech I am always glad to pre-install any software to iron out any possible wrinkles and keep everyone's stress level low. I would always recommend pre-installing any needed software.
