D-Link wi-FI cards require admin rights

Apparently the new D-Link cards have some really bad "features".  The first problem is only an administrator can use the card with WPA encryption.  So if you are a regular user on the machine I hope your wireless network is not encrypted.  The second problem is the wireless connections are stored per user and not per machine so each user of a machine will need to configure the network settings when they login the first time.
Here is what D-Link had to say "Unfortunately all users of the wireless card must have administrative accounts on the computer. If they do not have administrative accounts they may connect to the wireless but after 1 minute or less they will drop the wireless connection."
